INVITATION TO TENDER
The Asante Akim North District Assembly has received funds from the Central Government under District Development Fund (DDF) and intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for procurement of works below:

1. Construction of 1No. District Health Directorate office at Agogo AR/AANDA/WK/DDF/013/19
Tender is open to all eligible contractors working in Ghana as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663, as amended (ACT 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
Tenders would be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in The Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663, as amended (ACT 914).
1. The Asante Akim North District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the construction of works project.
2. Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the office of the District Coordinating Director at Agogo during normal working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₵350.00) for each documents.
3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the same address.
4. Tenderers would be required to provide the following;
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate,
Valid Internal Revenue Service Clearance Certificate,
Valid SSNIT Registration Clearance Certificate,
Valid Labour Clearance Certificate,
Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate,
Supplier, Contractor, Consultant Registration Certificate (PPA)
Power of Attorney and
Bid Security of 2% of Total Tender price (Valid for 120 Days)
5. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening. Complete Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the District Co-ordinating Director on or before 10:00 am on Tuesday, 9th April, 2019 and would be opened on the same day in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
