1. The Obuasi East District Assembly invites sealed tender from eligible tenderers for the above mentioned lots. Tender will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) method specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 (2003) as amended.
2. A complete tender document in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of application to the address below and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh₵ 300.00)
3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Coordinating Director-Obuasi East District Assembly and tender documents shall be made available from 9׃00am-4׃00pm during working hours.
4. Tenderer may bid for one package or both lots and each lot may be treated on its own merit.
5. Tenderers as part of their tendering process shall submit the following required documents;
i. Certificate of incorporation
ii. Valid tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Ministry of Works and Housing.
iv. Labour Certificate
v. PPA Registration certificate / Evidence of Registration.
vi. Valid SSNIT certificate
vii. VAT registration Certificate for Lot 6
6. Tender must be delivered before10׃00am on Tuesday, 5th April, 2019.
Tender shall be valid for a period of four months after deadline of tender submission.
7. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of NOT less than 2% of the tender price. Late tender will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of all the tenderers who choose to attend on the said date in the CONFERENCE ROOM of the Assembly, Obuasi East District Assembly.
