INVITATION FOR TENDERS (IFT)
The Ahafo Ano North Municipal Assembly in Ashanti Region has received its share of the 2014 District Development Facility (DDF) budgetary allocation to finance payment under the Contract for Construction of Development project as indicated below. The Ahafo Ano North Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders with valid certificates for the Construction as follows.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Construction of 3-Unit Classroom Block with Office, Store and 3 Seater Aqua Privy Toilet Facility at Kojo Betiako M/A JHS 2% of total Tender sum (from a reputable bank) I. Valid Company registration certificate
ii. Valid Registrar General’s certificate (Evidence of renewal receipt)
iii. Valid Public Procurement registration certificate or receipt
iv. Valid Income tax Clearance certificate
v. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
vi. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vii. Valid MWRWH Classification certification
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in
the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the tender documents from the office of the Municipal Co-Ord. Director, P. O. BOX 70, Tepa-Ashanti Region, Tel 020-2368407 or 0244186179 from Thursday 28th March, 2019 at a Non-refundable fee of (GH¢300).
Sealed Tenders must be delivered on or before Tuesday 16th April, 2019 at 10:00am at the Conference hall of the Ahafo Ano North Municipal Assembly, Tepa-Ashanti. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2%. Late Tenders will be rejected.
