INVITATION FOR BIDS
NATIONAL COMPETITVE TENDERING
The AHAFO ANO SOUTH EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY in the Ashanti Region intends to apply part of its share of the District Development Facility (DDF) to cover eligible payment for contract which requirement are indicated in the Table below:

2. The AHAFO ANO SOUTH EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLYnow invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers/Contractors for CONSTRUCTION OF 1No.MATERNITY WARD WITH DELIVERY ROOM, LAY-IN WARD, CHANGING ROOM, ANC, OFFICE, STORE, TOILET AND BATH.
Tender is open to all eligible contractors/Tenderers (D3K3)
3. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address state below for a non-refundable fee of GH₵300.00 for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 180days after tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender security of 2% of the total Contract Sum in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee from a recognized Bank or Tender Bond from and an insurance firm currently in good standing with the national insurance commission and shall be delivered to the address specified below onor before 10:00am on Thursday, 21stmarch, 2019at which time they will be opened at the conference room of the District Assembly in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend.
All tender must be accompanied by the following valid documents.
1. Valid business registration certificate
2. Valid GRA tax clearance certificate
3. Labour Certificate
4. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificate
5. Valid work and housing certificate (D3K3)
6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate or evidence of Registration with PPA
Note: The employer is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
