INVITATION TO TENDERS
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
The St. Monica’s College of Education-Mampong-Ashanti, intends to apply parts of its Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFUND) allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for the following:

St. Monica’s College of Education now invites sealed tenders from eligible Construction Firms registered with the Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663 of 2003 as Amended and Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

A complete set of Tender Document in English may be inspected and purchased by Interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a Non-Refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) for a set.
Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00 Hours GMT, April 25th 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after deadline of Tender Submission and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of GH₵ 30,500.00 Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Ghana Cedis valid for a minimum of 30 days after tender validity date.
Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tender:
● Evidence of PPA Registration
● Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
● Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
● Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate D3K3
● Valid Labour Certificate
● Certificate to Commence Business
● Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
Late Tenders will be Rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on Thursday, 25th April at 11.00 GMT.
