INVITATION FOR TENDER
PROCUREMENT OF GOODS/WORKS
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
1. The Mion District Assembly has received budgetary allocation Support from the Central Government through the District Assemblies’ Common Fund (DACF) and District Development Facility (DDF). The Assembly intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payment under the procurement of goods/works whose requirements are indicated in the Table Below.

5. Spot Improvement of Ndinyoriyili – Nadundo Feeder Road (5Km) NRT/MDA/DDF/WRKS/NCT/005/2019 Ndinyoriyili – Nadundo 6 months 2% of Contract Amount
6. Spot Improvement of Tanado - Tagnamo Feeder Road (3Km) NRT/MDA/DDF/WRKS/NCT/006/2019 Tanado – Tagnamo 6 months 2% of Contract Amount
2. The Mion District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors/Suppliers for the supply of goods and construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
4. Completed tenders should be accompanied by;
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (Class D4, K4 and above)
• Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate (Class A4, B4 and above)
• Valid Business Certificate Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labor Clearance Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate (For Supply Package only)
5. Tender document (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The documents will be obtained upon the submission of an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address(i) stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender documents.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address (ii) below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 13th May, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract amount for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’/representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Mion District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on 13th May, 2019.
