NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
The Amansie West District Assembly in collaboration with Asanko Gold Mine intends to put up a hospital facility and 10No. Mechanised boreholes as special development projects for the Catchment Communities of Esaase Project Site. These projects will be funded by the Asanko Gold Mine through the Amansie West District Assembly and are grouped into Lots as indicated below

Eligible and prospective Bidders are therefore invited to purchase Bid Documents at a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 at the Procurement Unit of the District Assembly between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during working days from Monday to Friday. Bidders may bid for one or combination of the packages. Tendering will be conducted in line with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 633) as amended. All Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Security amounting to Three Thousand Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 3,500.00)
Submision of bids must also be accompanied by the following documents.
• Valid Certificate of incorporation.
• Valid Certificate to Commence Business
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate from the range of DIK1-D3K3
• Valid Labour clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• PPA Registration Certificate or evidence of registration
• Valid Drilling Licence (Applicable to Borehole contractors)
• Power of Attorney
Completed Tenders must be submitted to the address below not later than Thursday, April 18th, 2019 at 10:30 am prompt.
Late submission of Tenders will not be accepted. Bids would be opened on Thursday, April 18th, 2019 at 10:30 am prompt at the District Assembly Conference Hall and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
