1. The East Gonja Municipal Assembly in the Northern Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Development Fund (DDF) to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Goods and Works as stated below:

2. Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, as well as the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
3. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of GHS 300.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from same address.

4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2.5% in the form of Banker Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank, or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.

Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers/representatives who wish to attend at the East Gonja Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 10:30 hours GMT on 21st May, 2019.
