4. The Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites Tenders from interested Tenderers
a. Ministry of Water Resource Works and Housing (category D3, K3 and above)
b. Current Labour Certificate.
c. Current Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
d. Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
e. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate
f. Registrar General Certificate
g. Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly’s Business Registration Certificate
5. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tender (NCT)procedures specified by the Public Procurement Authority.
6. Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly from 9:00am – 5:00pm local time daily.
7. A complete Set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible Tenderers at the Account Office of the Assembly upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) as specified in the table above.
8. Completed sealed tenders documents shall be deposited in the tender box at the office of the District Coordinating Director at the address below, on or before 10th May, 2019 at 12:00 hours GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission.
Tenders shall be opened in the presence of all tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the District Assembly Hall, Kumawu at 12:00 hours GMT on 10th May, 2019. Late Tenderers shall be rejected.
