Tender Description:: Procurement of Works
1. The Nanumba South District Assembly has received budgetary allocation of District Development Facility (DDF) from Ministry of Local Development and Rural Development (MLGRD) for 2016 budget, and intends to apply part of the fund to payment for works whose requirements are indicated below.

NSDA/DACF/CHPS/01/19 Construction and Furnishing 1No. CHPS Compound with Ancillary Facilities at Danayili
Duration - 3 Months
Tender Security - GHS8,000.00

2. The Nanumba South District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the execution of the above works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 663 (2003) as amended and the guidelines of the Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

7. Tenders shall be valid for 60 days after the deadline of the tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of amount stated in the table above for the each lot. Late Tenderers will be rejected.
