- The Pru West District Assembly in the Bono East Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of it budgetary allocation from its share of the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) 2016, to cover eligible payments for the contract of the following projects.

1. The Pru West District Assembly, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites Tenders from interested Tenderers
a. Ministry of Water Resources works and housing(category D3,K3 and above
b. Current Labour Certificate.
c. Current Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
d. Social Security and National Insurance Trust(SSNIT) Certificate
e. Registrar General Certificate.
2. Interested Tenderers may purchase tender documents at the office of the Pru West District Assembly from 9:00am-5:00pm local time daily at the Account Office of the Pru West Assembly upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) as specified in the table above.
3. Completed sealed tenders documents shall be deposited in the tender box at the office of the District Coordinating Director at the address below on or before 21st May, 2019 at 10:30 hours GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of all tenderers or their representative, who may choose to attend at the District Assembly Hall, PRANG at 10:30 hours GMT on 18th June, 2019. Late Tenderers shall be rejected.
