1. The Offinso Municipal Assembly has received budget support from the Government of Ghana through the District Development Fund (DDF) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover for the Procurement of the under listed project in the Municipality.

2. The Offinso Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors/Suppliers for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Offinso Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address 1 given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
4. Tender document (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address 1 stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Fifty Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢250.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address 1 stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address 2 below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 6th May, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount/s stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Offinso Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on 28th May, 2019.
