- 1. The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) intends to apply part its budgetary allocation under District Development Fund (DDF), Internal Generated Fund(IGF) and Ghana Education Trust Fund (GET Fund) to cover eligible payment for Works packages indicated in the Table below;

2. The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers would be required to provide Valid GRA Certificate, Valid SSNIT Certificate, Valid PPA Certificate, Labour Certificate, Company Registration Certificate, Works and Housing Certificate and Bid Security 2%.
4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the Procurement office- KMA and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 300.00) for a set of the Tender documents.
5. The completed sealed tenders must be delivered in the tender box at the Conference Hall at or before 10:00 am on 12th June, 2019. Public Tender opening will be held immediately after the closing time of tender submission at the address indicated above and will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend.
