- 1. The Ahafo Ano South- West District Assembly has received funds from the Government of Ghana under the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) and DACF RFG/DDF to implement projects within the District.
2. The Ahafo Ano South-West District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers (D1-3, K1-3) for the construction of the projects listed in the table below:

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. The Qualifications requirements include:
a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, c) VAT Registration Certificate, d) Company’s Registration Certificate, e) Valid Labour Certificate, f) Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate, g) PPA Registration, h) MRH Certificate of Classification
5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers personally on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00). The method of payment will be cash only.
6. Tenderers must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Friday,7th June, 2019 in the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Assembly.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender price. Electronic tendering will not be permitted. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at 12:00 noon on Friday,7th June, 2019 at the Assembly’s conference room, Mankranso.
