Invitation for Tenders (IFT)
The Oforikrom Municipal Assembly in Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assembly’s Common Fund (DACF) and Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFUND) to cover eligible payment under the contract for Works and the Supply of goods below;

- Tenderers for the supply of office furniture may quote for any combination of Lots, for all items in a lot. Partial quotations may result in disqualification for that particular lot.
1. The Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers with
a. Valid Ghana Revenue Clearance Certificate with TIN number
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c. Registrar General Certificate
d. Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificates (D3, K3) for works only
e. Valid Labour Certificate for works only
f. PPA Supplier Certificate
2. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), (Amendment) Act, 2016 (914) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A Complete set of tender document may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders. Eligible Tender may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Offices of the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly from 9.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time daily.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased from Thursday 23rd May, 2019 at the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly upon payment of non-refundable amount of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢300.00) per document
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission of Tenders. It shall be open in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Municipal Co-ordinating Director’s Office at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th June, 2019. Late submission shall be rejected.
6. Completed sealed Tender Document shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Municipal Co-ordinating Director’s Office with the Address below on or before 10:00 GMT not later than 6thJune, 2019.
