INVITATION FOR BIDS
The ADANSI ASOKWA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY intends to use part of its budgetary allocation under the District Development Fund to undertake the projects listed below.

The Assembly is therefore inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders with class D3 K3 and above for the following lots:

Additional Information:: Tender Documents may be purchased at the office of the District Chief Executive at the Adansi Asokwa District Assembly at Asokwa during normal working hours at non – refundable fee of Two Hundred and fifty Ghana Cedis (GHȻ 250.00) for each set, from Wednesday 29th May, 2019 each working day between 8:00 am GMT and 5:00pm.
Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
Bidders would be required to provide the following:
 Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate
 Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
 Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
 Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
 P P A Certificate
Completed Tender Documents must be deposited in the ‘Tender Box’ at the office of the Adansi Asokwa District Assembly at Asokwa on or before 10:00am on Wednesday 19th June, 2019. Tenders would be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the procurement Act, Act 663 as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
