Tender Description:: LOT 1 Construction of 1No. 12-seater W/C toilet with mechanized borehole.
LOT 2 Construction of 1No. 12-seater W/C toilet with mechanized borehole.
LOT 3 Construction of 1No. 12-seater W/C toilet with mechanized borehole.
LOT 4 Drilling of 15 No. Borehole, fitted with hand pumps.
LOT 5 Repairs of 15 No. Boreholes at selected communities
LOT 6 Construction of 1 No. 3-unit classroom block, office, store, staff common room, library and 4-seater vault chamber.
LOT 7 Construction of 1No. 32-unit. Lockable stores phase 2.
LOT 8 Enhancing security network at the DCE’s residence ( Razor blades on walls)
LO T 9 Construction of fence wall at district Magistrate bungalow
LOT 10 Drilling, Repairs, mechanization and Development of 15 No. Borehole within the District.
LOT 11 Construction of police Station.
LOT 12 Construction of 1No. 6-unit Classroom block
LOT 13 Construction of 1No. 6-unit Classroom block
LOT 14 Construction of 1No. 6-unit Classroom block

Additional Information:: Bidders would be required to produce the following:

1. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate.
2. Valid Internal Revenue Service Clearance Certificate.
3. Valid labour Certificate.
4. Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate.
5. Valid Public Procurement (Authority PPA) Registration
6. Bid Security of 2% of the tender figure and valid for 148 days after tender closing date.
7. Valid SSNIT Certificate.
8. Etc.
