INVITATION FOR TENDERS
PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND WORKS
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
The Techiman North District Assembly intends to apply part of its DPAT allocation for the supply and installation of 75pcs LED Street Lights with Galvanized Poles and Constriction of 6 unit classroom Block at Aworowa Methodist School in the District.

- Interested tenderers may tender for the goods and works indicated above. To be considered responsible, tenderers shall quote for all items in the required quantity for the package. Tenders which do not offer the entire item under the Lot shall be rejected as incomplete. Tenders will be evaluated and contract awarded on Lot basis whichever is financially advantageous to the purchaser.
The Techiman North District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors for the Procurement of the works and supply of goods as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 (2003), amendment and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Procurement Officer, and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
Tender Documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) only. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of the Document.
Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address stated below at or before 10:00am on 2nd July, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tenders opening, and must be accompanied by Tender Security of an amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at the District Assembly mini Conference Hall of the Techiman North Assembly at 10:00am on 2nd July, 2019
