- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (663) , Public Procurement (Amended) Act 2016 (914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
The following information is required for eligible Tenderers:
i. Valid Registrar-General Certificate
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance certificate
iii. Valid Tax Clearance certificate
iv. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
v. Energy Commission Certificate.
vi. PPA Registration Certificate.
vii. Valid Labour Certificate.
Interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect tendering documents from the Procurement Unit of the Atebubu-Amantin Municipal Assembly from 30th May 2019 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00pm daily on official working days.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission.
