CONSULTING SERVICES
Expression of Interest
1. The SDA and Midwifery Training College, Kwadaso intend to invite consultants to express interest to design and construction supervision of two-storey hostel block.
2. The SDA Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kwadaso intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover payments under the contract for the Design and Supervision for the construction of Two-storey hostel block at Barekese.
3. The SDA Nursing and Midwifery Training college, Kwadaso now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochure, description of similar assignments, experience in similar services, availability of skilled personnel appropriate for the assignment among other staff, etc.). consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
4. This Express of Interest will be evaluated using the under-listed eligibility criteria. Applicants are required to submit copies as evidence of their qualification of the following:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
I. Valid / current renewed Business Certificate and certificate to commence business issued by Registrar General’s Department, Ghana.
II. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to 2nd quarter, 2019)
III. VAT Registration Certificate.
IV. Valid SSNIT Certificate.
V. Profile of key Technical and Management Staff proposed for the project.
VI. Company profile
VII. Evidence of Registration with the Public Procurement Authority.
EXPERIENCE
Applicants must provide evidence of description of similar assignment or services.
Signed Expression of Interest (EOI) must be delivered and deposited in the tender box to the address below on or before 11:00am on 5th July, 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.
A consultant will be selected based on Least Cost Selection in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
