1 The Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly has made budgetary allocation for the implementation of development projects in the district and to be funded out of its share of funds under the District Performance Assessment Tools (DPAT).
2. The Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors to tender for the following Lots:

- The Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Construction of the above items.
An eligible Tenderer in the Public Procurement shall possess the following documents:
i. Business Registration Certificate (Renewal Mandate required);
ii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D3,K3;
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. VAT Registration Certificate;
v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate; and
vi. Public Procurement Authority’s Suppliers Registration Certificate.
vii. Valid Labour Certificate
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly and inspect the Tender Documents at the same Office from 9:00am to
4. Complete sets of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢200.00 for each set of Documents.
5. The method of payment would be by cash to Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly.
6. The Completed Sealed Tenders must be delivered to the tender box at the address below on or before 10:30am, Wednesday 17th July, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission.
7. Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend the meeting at the address below at 10:30am on Wednesday, 17 July, 2019. All tenders must be accompanied by appropriate Tender Security indicated in the above table.
