This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible and interested suppliers who must have the under listed as at the time of submitting tenders:

(a) Valid Company Registration Certificate
(b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(d) Valid SSNIT Certificate.
(e) Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate
(f) Manufacturer’s Authorization where applicable
(g) References of similar supplies (Attach Award Letters, LPOs etc.)

It is mandatory that Tenderers submit the above requirements with their tenders. Failure would constitute grounds for rejection of tender.
