Tender Description:: The SUNYANI WEST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY through (GETFund) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to finance eligible payments under contract for the construction of school infrastructure project as indicated below in the District.

Lot 1 (EMRG/BR01/67) - Construction of 1no. 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for Chiraa Methodist Primary ‘B’ School

Lot 2 (EMRG/BR02/67) - Construction of 1no. 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for Odomase CAC KG/Primary School

Lot 3 (EMRG/BR03/67) - Construction of 1no. 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for Berlin Top D/A KG/Primary School

Lot 4 (EMRG/BR01/92) - Construction of 1no. 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for Fiapre Presby Primary/JHS School

Lot 5 (EMRG/BR02/92) - Construction of 1no. 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for African Faith Primary/JHS School, Nsoatre

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be accompanied by:

• Tender Security (2% of Tender Price), which shall be valid for 150 days after tender opening from a recognized insurance company in good standing with National Insurance Commission or from a Commercial Bank in the form of Bank draft, certified Cheque or Bank guarantee.
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 & Above)
• Valid SSNIT Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
