Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the tender documents from the office of the Municipal Co-Ord. Director, P. O. BOX 70, Tepa-Ashanti Region, Tel 020-2368407 or 0244867101 from Tuesday 19th June, 2019 at a Non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300).

Sealed Tenders must be delivered on or before Thursday 9th July, 2019 at 10:00am at the Conference hall of the Ahafo Ano North Municipal Assembly, Tepa-Ashanti. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2%. Late Tenders will be rejected.
