Tender Name:: DRY-DOCKING AND REPAIR WORKS OF ABOADZE SINGLE POINT MOORING (SPM)

Tender Description:: The scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to the detailed survey, uninstallation, dry-docking, repair, reinstallation and testing of the SPM, and the replacement of a 24” spool piece at Aboadze in the Western Region of Ghana

3. The Volta River Authority now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above.

Additional Information:: 1. The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is Dry-Docking and Repair Works of Aboadze Single Point Mooring (SPM) to be completed in six (6) calendar months.

2. A mandatory Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers. Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Conference Room of Takoradi Thermal Power Station, Aboadze in the Western Region of Ghana at 11:00am on August 01, 2019. The Tender of any Tenderer who fails to attend the Mandatory Site Visit and Pre-tender meeting shall be rejected.

3. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of One Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (US$125, 000.00). The tender security shall remain valid for 28 days after the validity of Tenders (208 days after deadline of Tender Submission)
