Tender Description:: FROZEN HORSE MACKEREL 20+ (30KG) - 310 CARTONS
FROZEN CHICKEN THIGH 10KG - 550 CARTONS
CHICKEN SAUSAGE 10KG - 180 CARTONS

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Nursing and Midwifery Training College – Twifo Praso and inspect the Tender Document at the same office from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, from Monday to Friday.

Separate Tender shall be submitted for each LOT indicating the LOT NUMBER and PACKAGE NUMBER respectively. SUPPLIERS CAN QUOTE FOR ONE OR MORE LOTS.

Additional Information:: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the tender price. Tenderers shall also submit the following documents:
i. Valid Certificate of Business Registration
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. VAT Certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT Certificate (if applicable)
v. Proof of Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Supplier Registration

A complete sealed tender must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Nursing and Midwifery Training College – Twifo Praso on or before 10:00 am Wednesday 31st July, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the meeting at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, 31st July, 2019 at the Conference Room of the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Twifo Praso.
