- The NRSC invites sealed tenders from Eligible Ghanaian Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of the above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 and its Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Section, NRSC and inspect the tender document from 08:30 to 12:30 hours and 13:30 to 16:30 hour’s local time from Tuesday, 24th June, 2019.
A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC200.00).
Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m, Thursday 18th July, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be Accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender Value from a recognized bank or Insurance Company.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late Tenders will be rejected.
