- The Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors with Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing (MWRWH) classification certificate D3K3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in Public Procurement Act 2003. Act 663 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (914) and in the guideline issued by Public Procurement Authority of Ghana.
Interested and eligible tenders may obtain further information from the Works Department NSMA, Nkwanta and inspect the tender documents from 9:00am to 4:30 pm local time from Friday 5th July to 24th July, 2019.
A complete set of documents may be purchased at the Works Department, NSMA, Nkwanta for a non-refundable fee of three hundred Ghana cedis (GH₡300.00) for each project. The method of payment will be cash.
Tenders shall be valid for 90days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenders shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents:
Company Registration Certificate
Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up To Month of Tender Submission)
Public Procurement Registration Certificate or Receipt
Tender Security-2% of Tender Sum
SSNIT Clearance Certificate
MWRWH Classification Certificate
Other Document indicated in the Tender data
Completed tenders must be submitted to the address below and deposited in the tender box at the conference Room of NSMA Works Department, Nkwanta, not later than 24th July, 2019 at 10:00am prompt. Late submission of tenders would be rejected. Tenders would be opened at the same time at 10:00am at the NSMA Works Department, Conference Room and in the presence of tenders or their representatives who choose to attend.
