3. VAT Registration Certificate (Local firms only)
4. Company’s Registration Certificates (All firms)
5. Evidence of Registration with the PPA (Local firms only)
6. Two (2) years Audited Financial Statements for the years 2016 & 2017 (All firms)
7. Manufacturers’ Authorization (if the suppler is not the manufacturer (All firms)
8. Letter of Comfort or Evidence of Financial Support from a Reputable Bank (All firms)
Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the Contract price (Bank Guarantee only).
