Tender Name:: Construction of 1 No. 2 unit classroom block with toilet and urinal

Tender Description:: In addition to the general requirement stated in the Tender Document, all eligible tenderers should provide the following, alongside their tenders:
(a). Valid Registrar-General’s Department Certificate
(b). Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
(c). valid SSNIT Certificate
(d). Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Certificate
(e). Valid Labour Certificate
(f). PPA Registration Certificate

Complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased from the office of the District Co-ordinating Director during working hours upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00).

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender Security in the amount of two percent (2%) of the tender price.

Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box located at the office the District Co-ordinating Director, Daboase, P.O. Box 1008, Takoradi on or before 10:00 hours GMT on 25th September, 2019 after which the tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
