Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection;
a) Tender signed
b) Valid renewed / current Business Registration Certificate
c) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to 2nd quarter 2019)
d) Valid SSNIT Contribution Certificate (valid up to 2nd quarter, 2019)
e) VAT Registration Certificate
f) Evidence of Public Procurement Authority’s Registration
3. Tenderers are required to submit a tender security of 2% of the total tender price as part of the tender. No open cheque will be accepted.
