- 2. The Assembly therefore, invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors and or Suppliers for execution of the projects and supplies listed in the tables above:
3. Tender Documents may be purchased at the District Procurement office at Ningo Prampram District Assembly, Prampram during working hours from Thursday, 12th September, 2019.
4. Completed Tenders shall be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box at the Ningo-Prampram District Assembly on or before 10am on Friday, 27th September, 2019 and shall be accompanied by the following documents.
• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Registration Certificate, A3B3 and above.
5. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant bid security from any Commercial Bank in the form of a Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from a reputable Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
6. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at 10:00am GMT on Wednesday 25th September, 2019 at the Office of the Hon. Chief Executive, Ningo-Prampram District Assembly.
