- 4. Completed Tenders shall be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box at the Ningo-Prampram District Assembly and shall be accompanied by the following documents.
• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Registration Certificate, A3B3 and above.
Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant bid security from any Commercial Bank in the form of a Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from a reputable Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
