Additional Information:: Tenders are to be clearly marked "Tender Lot 1. "Construction of Astro-Turf to Football Field".
All Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
Company Registration certificate
valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax clearance certificate (Valid up to the month of Tender submission.
valid social security and national insurance trust (SSNIT) clearance certificate
valid added tax (VAT) registration certificate
A tender security of 2% of the tender price form an insurance company or bank
Reference of similar supplies previously undertaken
Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Classification Category (D1/K1 or D2/K2)
Valid Labour Certificate specific to works
Certified true copies of Financial Statement and letters confirming Authenticity of Statement
Programme of works
Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
Complete tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the office of the Finance Director on or before 10:00 am on Wednesday, 22nd May, 2019
Late tender will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for period of 90 days after tender submission.
