- The Gomoa East District now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenders for the above Procurement. Tenders will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the PPA Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
Interested eligible tenderer may obtain further information from the Gomoa East District Assembly and inspect the Tender documents from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours GMT during working days.
All Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents; Valid GRA Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificates, Valid Labour Certificates,Valid MWH Classification (D3K3) or above, Evidence of PPA Registration, Tender Security.
Tender must be deposited into the Tender box at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 26th March, 2019. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer representatives, who choose to attend at:
