- The Gomoa East District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the above project. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering and evaluation procedures specify in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible tenderer from 24th October, 2019 between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 GMT, working days, upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (Gh₵250.00).
3. Completed, signed and sealed Tenders are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the District Assembly on or before 14th November, 2019 at 11.00am prompt and must be accompanied by:
• Tender Security
• Power of Attorney
• Valid Registration Certificate
• Valid MWRWH Certificate (D3, K3 or above)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of PPA Registration
4. The deadline for submission of Tenders is 14th November, 2019 at 11.00am local time. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before the time specified above. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
5. Tenders shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and location indicated below:
