- The Government of Ghana has received Credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of the Financial Sector Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of ARB Apex Bank’s Data Centre Converged Infrastructure System. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
The ARB Apex Bank serves as the Implementing Agency for the Project under the Ministry of Finance and through the Project Secretariat now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of ARB Apex Bank’s Data Centre Converged Infrastructure System

- Bidder must meet the following minimum qualification criteria: Strong and proven experience in developing, implementing similar systems, have completed two (2) successful contracts in the last five (5) years and strong financial standing.
A Bid Security must accompany all Bids. The amount of Bid Security required is US$36,000.00 or equivalent in Ghana Cedis and must be valid for 178 days after bid opening date.
