Tender Description:: Mapping of Odaw Drainage Basin using Light Imaging Detection and Ranging (LIDAR/DEM) and Production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps

The Government of Ghana has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Mapping of Odaw Drainage Basin using Light Imaging Detection and Ranging (LIDAR/DEM) and Production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.

The Ministry of Works and Housing now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders as described below:

Additional Information:: Qualification requirements for Bidders are:

Bidder must have completed two (2) successful Digital Aerial Photography contracts involving the production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps and Light Imaging Detection and Ranging (LIDAR/DEM) technology in the last 5 years.

For financial viability, the Bidder should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least a minimum of US$1.2 million in the last five (5) years, and liquidity of at least a minimum of US$180,000.00.

Delivery Period : 6 Months
Bid Security : US$16,000.00
