Tender Description:: International open tender for Performance-oriented Public Financial Management - IT Training Institute Project.

Project measures: New construction of the proposed GRA Training Institute with a gross floor area of 1,470m² comprising mainly classrooms and supporting areas such as administration, Canteen, meeting rooms, and technical areas in Tema community 2, with a proposed construction period of 15 months.

Requested Construction Works: New construction of the proposed GRA Training Institute with the following key elements:
• Off shutter concrete (400 m² surface)
• Concrete waterproofing (2,000 m²)
• Insulated timber facades integrated with curtain wall sections (1,000 m²)
• Ventilated facade works (1,000 m²)
• Internal finishing works 1,470 m²)

Additional Information:: Classification of Contractors: D1 (General Building Works) & K1 (Civil Works)

Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit shall take place. Date, time and place to be announced to registered bidders via e-mail. Logistical arrangements are to be arranged by each bidder individually.

The qualification of experienced contractors is subject to the regulations contained in the KfW Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries
