- 1. The National Sports Authority intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation for eligible payment
under the contract No. GR/NSA/GD/0004/20 which this invitation for tender is issued. The National
Sports Authority now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the procurement of the under
mentioned item.

- Additional Information:
- The Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the above mentioned items. Tendering
will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public
Procurement Act 2003(Act, 663), as amended Act 2016, (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public
Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the total tender price
quoted for each lot from a Reputable Bank and Insurance Company.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the
submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) in cash at the Account Office or the Procurement and
Supply Chain Management Unit.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may also obtain further information from and inspect the Tender
documents in Account 4 of the Authority from 8:30am to 4:00pm during working days.
6. Tenderers must submit the following:
Valid IRS Clearance Certificate/ Evidence of IRS Exemption, if exempted
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid Business Registration Certificate with up to date renewal receipt
Valid Incorporation Certificate
Valid Commencement Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years.
Genuine Manufacturer’s Authorization
Power of Attorney
Evidence of service rendered
Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non- responsive.
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address indicated below on or before 10:30 am on Wednesday,
11th March, 2020 labelled with package number and deposited in a Tender box in front of
