Tender Description:: The Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH), Ridge intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) for payment under contract for the Provision of Cleaning/Janitorial Services.

The GARH now invites sealed tender from eligible and qualified tenderers for the procurement of the description below:

Lot 1 - GHS/GARH/NCT/CLSERV/MAB/20/01
Provision of Cleaning/Janitorial Services for the Main Admissions Building

Lot 2 - GHS/GARH/NCT/CLSERV/LBCSAB/20/02
Provision of Cleaning/Janitorial Services for the Logistics Building, Corridors and Surroundings at the Staff Accommodation Building

Lot 3 - GHS/GARH/NCT/CLSERV/ONMB/20/03
Provision of Cleaning/Janitorial Services for the Old and New Mortuary Buildings

Lot 4 - GHS/GARH/NCT/HORTSERV/ONB/20/01
Provision of Horticultural Services for the Old and New Buildings

Lot 5 - GHS/GARH/NCT/SECSERV/MAB/20/01
Provision of Security Services for Main Admission Building

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of the tender submission.

All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 5% of the Total Tender Value.

There will be a pre- tender meeting for all tenderers on Thursday 27th February, 2020 at the Conference Room – Old Block at 10.00am
