Additional Information:: 2. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders from the Offices of the Achiase District Assembly from 11th March, 2020 at Office hours for non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00).

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the secretary, District Tender Committee, Achiase District Assembly, Akyem Achiase. In addition to general requirement stated in the Biding documents, bids are to be accompanied by the following documents:

a. Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificates
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificates
c. Valid IRS Clearance Certificates
d. Valid Labour Certificates
e. Bid Security/Bond
4. Complete sets of Bid documents in addition to copies sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:
