Tender Description:: The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development through the Government of the Republic of Ghana has received funds from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments for redevelopment of Hohoe Central Market.

The HOHOE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY, the implementing agency now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for redevelopment works as per the requirements indicated in below:

Lot 1: - HHMA/GSCSP/UDG/WKS/NCT/Lot1/2020)
Construction of 2-Storey 62 Units Market Stores (Block A) at Hohoe Central Market

Lot 2: - HHMA/GSCSP/UDG/WKS/NCT/Lot 2/2020
Construction of 2-storey 44 units market stores (Block B) at Hohoe Central Market

Lot 3: - HHMA/GSCSP/UDG/WKS/ NCT/Lot 3/2020
Construction Of Warehouse (Ground Floor), Day Care, Market Stall Type A, Market Stall Type B, Market Stall Type C, Police And Fire Post At Hohoe Central Market

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after Tender opening.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated below:
Lot 1 - GH¢78,000.00
Lot 2: GH¢41,000.00
Lot 3: GH¢48,000.00

Completion Period : 9 Months

Ministry of Works and Housing classification- D2/K2 or above
