Construction of 1 No. 2-Unit KG Block with ancillary facilities for Islamic Primary School

LOT 2:
Rehabilitation of 6 No. Staff Quarters

LOT 3:
Construction of 1No. CHPS Compound with ancillary facilities

Additional Information:: 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Secretary, Municipal Tender Committee, Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly, Kukurantumi. In addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all bids are to be accompanied by the following documents:

a. Registrar General Certificate
b. Certificate to Commence Business
c. Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
f. Valid Labour Certificate
g. Bid Security/Bond
h. Valid company registration certificate of Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly
i. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate

Complete set of Tender documents and additional copies, sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:

And be deposited in the Bidding Box located at the Municipal Conference Room on or before 10:00am on 2nd June, 2020.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
Bids will be opened immediately after the close of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
