Tender Description:: Lot 1 CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. CHPS COMPOUND AT BEENUYIE.
Lot 2 DRILLING AND CONSRUCTION OF 2NO. BOREHOLES, REPAIRS AND CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. BOREHOLE AND COSTRUCTION OF 3NO. 2-UNIT URINAL AT DABOASE, ATEIKU AND SENCHEM.
Lot 3 RENOVATION OF 1NO. DISTRICT ASSEMBLY ADMINISTRATION BLOCK AT DABOASE.

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. 2003 (Act. 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
2. In addition to the general requirement stated in the Tender Document, all eligible tenderers should provide the following, alongside their tenders:
(a). Valid Registrar-General’s Department Certificate
(b). Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
(c). valid SSNIT Certificate
(d). Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Certificate
(e). Valid Labour Certificate
(f). PPA Registration Certificate
3. Complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased from the office of the District Co-ordinating Director during working hours upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00).
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender Security of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHc 5,000.00)
5. Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box located at the office the District Co-ordinating Director, Daboase, P.O. Box 1008, Takoradi on or before 10:00 hours GMT on 5th JUNE, 2020 after which the tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
