Additional Information:: All bids must be accompanied with the following documents:
1. Bids Security/Bond in the sum of 2% of the contract sum
2. A valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
3. A Valid Company Registration Certificate
4. A Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. A Valid Labour Certificate
6. A Valid MWH
7. Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority (PPA).

Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the Address below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the Address for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Documents

Tender documents would be sold from 1st June, 2020 and bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly’s Hall at 11:00 GMT on 17th June 2020. Bids must be sealed and delivered to:
