- Tenderers are to tender for not more than two lots.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended by Act 914 (2016) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information at the address stated below and inspect the Tender Document after publication in the dailies between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm from Monday to Friday.

4. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the stated address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of two hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh¢200.00) cash only.
5. Tenderers shall submit the under listed documentations as part of their tenders.
a. Valid Business Registration Certificate
b. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Audited Financial Statement (2017 and 2018)
e. PPA Registration Certificate or Proof of Registration
f. Any other documents as may be stated in the tender document.
Any Tenderer who falsifies information in their submissions shall have their tender disqualified.
Tenders must be delivered to the address given above on or before 2:00pm on Thursday, 11th June, 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
Late Tenders, not received, not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
