Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of the Tender Price from a Commercial Bank in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from Insurance Firms currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
5. Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
• Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D1K1-D3K3)
• Valid District Assembly Registration Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Bid Bond
6. Tenders shall be delivered to the Kwahu East District Assembly on or before 10.00 GMT ON Friday 26th June, 2020, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
