- Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 and Act 2016, Act 914 as amended and the guidelines stipulated in the Public Procurement Authority (Public Procurement Manual).
A complete set of Tender Documents in ENGLISH may be inspected and purchased for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₡450.00) from the Procurement Office of Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly, at Kade between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm on Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.
The completed sealed Tender Documents must be deposited in the tender box placed in front of the Municipal Assembly Conference Hall within the Municipal Assembly Administration Block not later than 10:00am on Tuesday 7th July, 2020 and at which bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend and observe the bid opening exercise.
In addition to the general requirements stated in the Tender Document, all tenderers must provide the following documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate.
ii. Valid Certificate of Incorporation.
iii. Valid Certificate of Commencement of Business.
iv. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate of Classification (MWHCC).
v. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
vi. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
vii. Valid Labour Certificate.
viii. Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority
