Tender Description:: 1. Tender is opened to all eligible tenderers and will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2016 (Act, 914) of the Republic of Ghana as amended.

LOT 1:
Construction of 10 unit standard hostel

LOT 2:
Extension of 2 unit standard hostel

Completion period:
Maximum of six (6) months

Tender security:
2% of the tender price

Additional Information:: 2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time of each working day from 18th May 2020 to 11th June, 2020

3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of three hundred Ghana cedi (Gh₵300.00). Tender Security could be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company.
4.Tenders should be deposited in the tender box located at the procurement unit of the administration block on or before Thursday, 11th June 2020 at 10:00am and shall be valid for 120 days after tender submission.
Late tenders would be rejected outright.

Tenders should be accompanied with the following relevant documents:
 Certificate of registration
 Works and housing certificate
 Valid SSNIT clearance certificate
 Valid Tax clearance certificate
 Valid labour clearance certificate
 PPA Registration
Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at 10:00am on Friday, 11hJune 2020 at the college conference hall, Gambaga.
